Refund policy

Returns are accepted by individual case approval only. You will be liable for any postage fees associated with returning your order.

If the item is returned in poor condition (cracked etc) and is valued lower than when the item was sent out, you will only be refunded the item's worth it is returned back to me in, so please ensure you package your items securely.  

Refunds will only be given once the item is returned to me.

Returns/refunds/ exchanges are not available for custom orders/ commissions as designs and glass choices will be pre-approved.
